A good George III mahogany bracket clock

The 8-inch break-arched silvered dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes framing engraved signature and calendar aperture, the arch with Strike/Silent ring, the gut-driven twin-fusee movement, with pull repeat cord, having a finely-engraved backplate with Prince of Wales feathers and foliate surround, the case with moulded break-arched top and brass carry handle over arched fish-scale frets and moulded base on brass swept ogee bracket feet, 16.25", (41cm) high excluding handle.

Case in generally untouched condition but with minor front-to-back cracking to the arch.
