A near pair of 19th century rosewood side cabinets, the plain rectangular tops above open centres with mirrored backs and twist fitted adjustable shelves. Enclosed by pilasters with applied gilt metal Egyptianesque Sphinx face masks, raised upon plinth bases. Each 36 3/4" (93.5cm) and 36" (91.5cm) high x 34 3/4 " (88.5cm) and 34 3/4" (88.5cm).

One has replaced back, one has been drilled through its base, mirror backs have some pitting and foxing. Surface polish is very poor with marks and losses.
