A large 19th century painted porcelain vase. The tapering oval puce-ground body painted to one side with a shield-shaped view of figures outside a cottage window, to the other with an oval floral panel, the spreading neck with shaped gilt cresting and convex-moulded oval floral panels between finely-moulded gilt floral handles, raised upon a lobed base, unmarked, 21.5", (54.5cm) high.
