A Jas. Shoolbred & Co satinwood and rosewood crossbanded bookcase, the upper section with arch shaped dentil moulded cornice above four oval glazed panelled doors, edged by half turned columns above a line of four short drawers. The breakfront base fitted with a line of four short drawers above four cupboard doors, edged by half turned columns, raised upon turned wooded feet. 67 1/2" x 21" x 87" high, (171.5cm x 53cm x 221cm).

Ivory makers label to drawer, sections of cornice loose with some pieces missing. There are cracks and splits to the upper doors. Some splits and veneer losses to sides. Base central doors split and wrapped.
