Lot Description
A pair of 1970s sapphire and diamond ear clips. Each designed as a quatrefoil, set with two old-cut diamonds and two circular-shape sapphires. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, K-tinted colour, SI1-P1 clarity. Length 2cms. Weight 12.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the earrings in keeping with overall wear. There is a significant chip to one of the diamonds, there are significant inclusions to many easily visible magnification. The diamonds are obviously drawing yellow. The sapphires are quite dark, with areas of patchy colour visible. There is slight abrasion to the facet edges. The back clip fittings are secure.
