A mid 20th century platinum and 18ct gold diamond bar brooch. The old-cut diamond, to the plain bar. Estimated diamond weight 0.60ct, J-K colour, P1 clarity. Length 4.7cms. Weight 2.6gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and fine scratches in keeping with age/general wear. Diamond bright. Scattered inclusions visible under the table facet, with a larger inclusion towards the girdle. Inclusions easily visible under magnification, but are not obvious to the unaided eye. Diamond in good condition with minor abrasion. Brooch fitting in good working order. Stamped 18ct & PT.
