A mid 20th century platinum diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated diamond weight 0.85ct, I-J colour, P2 clarity. Weight 2.7gms.

Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. Inner band stamped plat. Dimensions of diamond 6.5 by 6.45 by 3.38mms, there are significant black and white inclusions beneath the table facet easily visible with the unaided eye. Ring size P.
