Lot Description
An early 20th century platinum and gold diamond and natural pearl bracelet. Designed as five rose-cut diamond oval-shape links, each centring upon a natural pearl or a circular-cut diamond collet, to the openwork strap. Estimated total diamond weight 1.50cts, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Accompanied by report no 08116, dated 5th July 2013, from the gem & pearl laboratory, stating that the central pearl is of natural saltwater origin, please refer to the department for further details. Length 15.5cms. Weight 15.4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the bracelet in keeping with the age of the piece. The central pearl has a yellow body colour, there are some scratches visible with magnification. The outer pearls have a white body colour, there are small blemishes. There is a chip to one of the principal diamonds and some scattered internal white and grey inclusions to the other easily visible with magnification. The smaller diamonds are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
There are some chips visible with magnification. Some settings may need to be secured. The clasp is secure.
