A gentleman's mid 20th century 9ct gold sapphire and mother-of-pearl dress set. To include a pair of circular-shape sapphire and mother-of-pearl chain connecting cufflinks, together with four matching buttons and two dress studs. Length of cufflink face 1cms. Weight 10gms. With fitted case.
