Lot Description
A late Victorian 18ct gold diamond and split pearl three-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, to the split pearl shoulders and tapered band. Estimated diamond weight 0.25ct, I-J colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1887. Weight 4.4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. There is a large natural to the one of the crown facets, visible with the unaided eye. The split pearls are fairly well matched, there are some areas of damage to the outer edging. The inner hallmark is slightly worn. Inner personal inscription reads 'Aunt Margaret Oct 22nd Nov 1890' Some of the personal engraving has worn away. Ring size O1/2.
