A 1950s 9ct gold citrine necklace. Designed as two opposing openwork fan motifs, each with graduated circular-shape citrine trim and gathered by a calibre-cut citrine line, suspended from a gas-pipe chain. Hallmarks for London, 1954. Length 38cms. Weight 71.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the necklace in keeping with slight wear. The citrine are all fairly well matched, they have a brownish orange hue with an even saturation of colour. One of the citrine is chipped. One of the citrines is significantly chipped. There is abrasion to the facet edges of the citrine visible with. The gas pipe chain is in good condition. The clasp is secure. The hallmark is clear. Sponsors mark EJ Ld.
