A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, to the single-cut diamond line shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.50ct, K-L colour, P2 clarity. Weight 2.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. There is an acid stain to the side of the band and some more significant scratches. The diamond is bright, dimensions 4.95 by 4.9 by 3.1mms, there are some scattered black inclusions beneath the outer facets visible with the unaided eye. There is significant wear to some of the claws. The diamonds to the shoulders are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
