Lot Description
A 9ct gold garnet and diamond hinged bangle. The early 20th century front set with circular-shape garnet and diamond point detail to the rope-twist border and later added half-bangle. Inner diameter 5.8gms. Weight 16gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The bangle has been altered. The plain half bangle is a modern replacement. Solder repair line visible throughout band. The hinge is in working order, but moves from side to side. The clasp is in need of attention. Many of the garnets are replacements. Repair marks and added repair panels to front section of bangle. Many areas of bruising visible.
