A mid 20th century gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Weight 2.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. The sapphire is a purplish blue with a weak to moderate saturation of colour. There is abrasion to the facet edges visible with the unaided eye, some areas are quite significantly abraded. The diamonds are bright, one diamond is chipped and there are areas of abrasion to the facet edges, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Ring size G.
