ROLEX - an 18k gold automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Day-Date bracelet watch circa 1979, the champagne tone sunburst effect dial with hourly applied gilt batons, day and date apertures positioned to twelve and three o'clock, bordered by a minute track with Roman numerals at five minute intervals, fluted bezel, tonneau shaped case, reference number 18038, serial number 6194296, fitted to an 18k gold link President bracelet with folding clasp, signed calibre 3055. Case width 36mm. With box.

A Rolex bracelet watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has a few tiny marks, light scratches to the batons, hands are lightly scratched, small dent to the hour hand, glass has chips to the edge, case has medium scratches and a few small scuffs, tiny dints, heavy scratches on the edge of one of the lugs, crown is lightly scratched, bezel has medium scratches and tiny dints, bracelet has medium scratches and a few heavier scuffs, residue on case and bracelet, would benefit from a clean, clasp has a few medium scratches and beginning to show signs of use but is in good working order, bracelet has been slightly stretched and measures approximately 16cm including the case.
Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
