ROLEX - a bi-metal automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual bracelet watch circa 1953, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt markers, date aperture set to three o'clock, bordered by a minute track, engine turned bezel, tonneau shaped case, reference number 6105, serial number 911502, fitted to a non-original steel link expandable bracelet, signed movement. Case width 35mm.

Rolex bracelet watch, movement is currently functioning, movement would benefit from a service as there is wear and discolouration in places, dial shows noticeable discolouration and marks, hourly markers are discoloured and paint work to the markers are discoloured and showing an uneven texture, hands are lightly discoloured and showing scratches and marks, glass is lightly scratched from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is heavily scratched from use, bezel is scratched and showing wear, watch is fitted to an expanding bracelet which is showing signs of wear with scratches and scuffs. Watch would benefit from a clean. Unexpanded the bracelet measures approximately 16cm including the case.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
