A late Victorian 9ct gold brooch. Of sculptural design, the oval-shape plaque with engraved decoration and two central faceted bead highlights and vacant panel to reverse. Maker's mark R.J.C. Length 4cms. Weight 10.9gms.

Overall condition fair with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Some further small dents to outer edge of brooch. Clasp hook attachment and vacant panel deficient. Pin later replacement.
