A yellow metal key wind open face pocket watch decorated signed Valére, Paris, the white enamel dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track with Arabic quarters, round case testing as 15K gold, split pearl decoration with enamel decoration to the rear depicting two figures, signed full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and pieced balance bridge. Case diameter 46mm. Total weight 61gms.

Condition Report
Open face pocket watch, they key wind movement is currently not functioning, escapement appears to be at fault and a service will be required, dial seems to have a little crack to the edge to three o'clock, some debris is visible to the whole surface, may benefit from a clean, hands are scuffed, especially to the centre, glass shows light scuffs to the whole surface, pearls are nicely set and secure, enamel decoration to the rear is cracked in a few places, especially between twelve and three o'clock and between ten and eleven o'clock, it also has tiny chips in various places, bow is slightly misshapen and is showing signs of wear.
