Lot Description
A 20th century 9ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch, the silvered tapestry dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, circular shaped case, import hallmarks for Glasgow 1928, fitted with an unsigned fifteen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 47mm. Total weight 67gms.

Open face pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, movement shows some marks, dial shows marks which are most prominent around the numerals, dial also has some discolouration towards the bottom, hands show marks, glass appears to be free from scratches to the naked eye but shows some marks, case has marks and scratches as a result of general wear, rear of the case has a visible scratch, hinges have wear to the corners, crown appears to show wear to the gold plating, pendent and bow have light scratches.
