A base metal keyless wind open face military issue pocket watch signed Leonidas, the silvered dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, quarterly luminous inserts, bordered by a minute track with luminous markers at five minute intervals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case stamped with British broad arrow above G.S.T.P U10972, fitted with an unsigned movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 51mm. Together with a base metal keyless wind military issue pocket watch and metal chain.

Movement currently running intermittently - will require a service, superficial damage to movement screws, hands rusted and luminous paint on hands numerals and hour markers discoloured, dial coated in debris and showing small scratches, glass is discoloured and scuffed with small scratches, bezel scratched , case sides and back marked with scratches and dints consistent with general wear, pendant scratched, crown plating worn with small scratches visible, bow feels secure and is showing discolouration from wear.
Lot comes with a bas metal keyless wind military issue pocket watch - non functional recommended for spares or repair, and a metal chain
