Lot Description
A 20th century silver keyless wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, signed Waltham, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, round case with engine turned detail and vacant cartouche to rear, signed movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm. Together with a further silver pocket watch.

Waltham pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, movement shows marks and tarnishing, dial has a chip to the edge at five o'clock outside the minute track, dial also shows some marks, hands have been repainted black which shows some loss, hands also have marks and scratches, glass has marks and scratches, case has marks and scratches as a result of general use, case is tarnished and has dints, engine turned decoration to the rear has wear, back of the case shows a visible scratch and noticeable dints and scuffs, hinges have where to one of the corners, crown has wear to the plating and a visible dint, pendent and bow have marks, scratches and tarnishing.
Silver open face pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning and will require attention, movement has marks, dial has marks, hands have marks, scratches and tarnishing, glass has marks and scratches, case has marks and scratches as a result of general use, case is also tarnished and shows dints, rear of the case has a visible scratch to the vacant cartouche and noticeable dents, inner case cover has visible scratches, pendent and bow have marks and tarnishing, pin holding the bow to the pendent to the bow appears to be a later replacement and is of a differing colour to the body of the case.
