A mid 20th century 18ct gold ruby and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape ruby, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the baguette-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Weight 3.4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. The ruby is a pinkish red with a moderate saturation of colour, there are profuse internal fractures, easily visible with the unaided eye, several are surface reaching and possibly effecting the durability of the ruby. The diamonds appear to be drawing yellow, there are inclusions visible with magnification. Some of the settings appear worn. Inner band stamped 18ct. Ring size L.
