Lot Description

An early 20th century 15ct gold synthetic ruby and enamel brooch. The circular-shape synthetic ruby, with a white and green enamel scroll and foliate surround. Length 3.8cms. Weight 4gms.

Overall condition good. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. The synthetic ruby is in good condition. There are several chips to the enamel visible with the unaided eye. Stamped 15c to the reverse. The back brooch fitting is secure.
