A late Victorian gold sapphire and diamond brooch. The alternating old-cut diamond and vari-shape sapphire line, within a rope-twist surround, to the foliate terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Length 5.1cms. Weight 5.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Light scratches and scuffs to surface of brooch. The sapphires vary in colour intensity. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification.
