An 18ct gold ruby and diamond cluster necklace. The pear-shape ruby and brilliant-cut diamond asymmetric cluster, suspended from a fancy-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Import marks for London, 1979. Length 39.5cms. Weight 8.2gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Scratches to the clasp. Rubies pinkish-red, fair colour saturation. Fair clarity with typical inclusions, to include surface reaching fractures and iron staining. Rubies in fair to good condition with some abrasion and nibbles. Scattered to large inclusions visible under 10x magnification. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion. Clasp in good working order.
