Lot Description
A 1960s 9ct gold citrine and seed pearl brooch. The heart-shape citrine, to the seed pearl crown surmount. Hallmarks for Edinburgh, 1965. Length 2.9cms. Weight 6.5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. There is a chip to the facet edge of the table facet, the citrine is a brownish yellow, there are areas of patchy and angular colour visible with magnification. The seed pearls are fairly well matched, there is glue residue visible where they have been secured. There are some visible blisters and blemishes to the split pearls.
