A late Victorian 18ct gold emerald and diamond dress ring. The rectangular-shape emerald, to the old-cut diamond scrolling shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1896. Weight 4.2gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The emerald has a pale body colour. Inclusions and fractures visible, some surface reaching. Nicks to surface. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size N 1/2.
