Lot Description
A 9ct gold ruby, seed pearl and diamond brooch. The single-cut diamond and circular-shape ruby flower, to the textured foliate surround with similarly-cut diamond, ruby and seed pearl bud accents. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for London, 1961. Length 5.1cms. Weight 8.4gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with minimal wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The rubies are a well matched pinkish red hue. Some noticeable inclusions including broken silk. Minor abrasion. The seed pearls are a slightly yellow cream colour.
