A 1960s 9ct gold ruby necklace. Designed as an openwork stylised flower, with circular-shape ruby lines, securing the crossover brick-link chain. Hallmarks for London, 1965. Length 38cms. Weight 60.1gms.

The rubies are a moderately well matched pinkish red hue. Typical scattered inclusions, some surface reaching. Few rubies with significant abrasion/nicks.
