An unusual early 20th century oriental bronze inkwell modelled as a wicker fishing creel, the hinged circular cover decorated with five assorted fish, the handle modelled as a section of bamboo, 5" (12.5cm) diameter, together with a composite hallmarked silver inkstand fitted with twin glass inkwells, 5.5" (14cm) wide.

Bronze inkwell lacking one pot to interior, another pot is also cracked, imitation wicker is also damaged and incomplete. Silver inkstand believed to be a rectangular card tray converted to an inkwell.
