A large pair of Japanese Meiji period bronze vases, each of bulbous form with greek key rim over high relief decoration of fighting dragons, on domed bases, 18.75" (47.5cm) high. (A/F).

One has casting flaw plus a bruise and cracking/fatigue. Other has had a neck reattatched many years ago. Both slightly dark/dull patination. One base plate loose.
