A 19th century French gilt bronze mantel clock. Samuel Marti & Cie, retailed by Crosnier, Paris, the 4.25-inch white-enamelled convex Arabic dial inscribed in puce with retailer's name, the two-train movement, numbered 1679 and with Samuel Marti exhibition stamp, striking on a bell, in a scroll shaped case, height to top of carry handle 11" (28cm).
