A late 17th century-style ebonised bracket clock. Circa 1900, the 7.75-inch square brass dial having a silvered chapter ring with Roman hours and Arabic minutes plus half hour divisions framing a matted centre with ringed winding squares, within shell and swag spandrels, the two-train movement striking on a coiled gong, stamped 41088, the case with brass carry handle and mounts to the caddy top, over glazed sides and moulded base, 12", (30.5cm) high excluding handle.
