A 20th century lacquered brass Fortin, or cue-pattern 'Marine MK.2' stick barometer

Negretti & Zambra, London

The silvered tubular head marked 824/26/31 and 'Marine MK.2 Adm. No. 4859/357', reading from 890 to 1000mbs, with vernier, the tubular stem with gimbal mount and centigrade thermometer, 37" (94cm) high.
