A late 19th century silver and gold diamond foliate brooch. Designed as an old-cut diamond lyre with entwined old-cut diamond frond. Estimated total diamond weight 1.75cts, H-I colour, SI clarity. French assay marks. Length 5.5cms. Weight 8.6gms. With Falize case.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. French re-striking old production marks. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Most individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Case worn, scratches and scuffs to outside of case. Wear and some fading to inside of case, silk covering hinge deficient. Box closes securely.
