A sapphire and spinel pendant. The pear-shape sapphire, weighing approximately 6.74cts, suspended from a circular-shape pink spinel surmount. Length 2.6cms. Weight 3.5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the pendant in keeping with overall wear. The sapphire is extremely shallow, with both sides of the stone faceted with a table facet, the sapphire has a weak saturation of colour, due to the depth of the stone, there is significant angular colour zoning visible with the unaided eye. There is a chip to the culet of the pink spinel, the spinel is a brownish pink with moderate saturation of colour. The claws are secure.
