Lot Description
An early 20th century amethyst brooch and a pendant. To include an oval-shape amethyst brooch, with outer scrolling detail and a token pendant, the token depicting 'the weeping angel of Amiens' and reads '1628 D'apres N Blasset D'amiens'. Token signed Gaudin & Dubray, foreign marks. Lengths 3.7 and 3cms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. There are scratches to the brooch and areas of discolouration to the outer surround. There are some tiger stripe inclusions to the amethyst visible with the unaided eye, there is a chip to one of the pavillion facets. The back pin and catch is secure. There are scratches to the token in keeping with overall wear, there is significant wear to the top surmount, the foreign marks are worn. There is more significant wear to the rim of the pendants.
