An early 20th century gold amethyst and split pearl brooch. The oval-shape amethyst and split pearl cluster, within a split pearl and scrolling foliate surround, suspending a pear-shape amethyst, to the later plain bar. Length 5.2cms. Weight 7.3gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The bar is a later addition, soft solder visible at the joins. Pendant stamped 15ct. Split pearls moderately well matched, varying lustre and colour. Uneven surfaces. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The amethyst are a well matched medium purple hue. Minor abrasion.
