Lot Description
A lady's 1950s 9ct gold diamond manual wind cocktail watch. The rectangular-shape cream dial, with Arabic numerals and baton markers, to the single-cut diamond curved sides and openwork strap. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1956. Length 18cms. Weight 23.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear. Heavy scratches to the back of the casing and to the side of one of the plain strap links. One panel in the strap has a brilliant-cut diamond accent to the centre, the three others are deficient. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered inclusions, some larger inclusions. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion. Fittings in good working order. Watch does not currently appear to be working. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watches sold.
