Both dishes display minor surface scratches, tarnishing and wear commensurate with age and use. The heart shaped dish is distorted in shape with slight rubbing of the detailing. There is a crack to the pointed end of the dish and the feet have been compressed and are showing through to the bowl of the dish. The oval dish has cracks along the edge of the detailing in places where the silver is thin, small patches of damage to the pierced areas and some holes due to thinning in the bowl. The hallmarks are clear, but both markers' marks are slightly rubbed.
