Lot Description

An Edwardian silver pedestal dish of plain circular outline with moulded rim, twin loop handles and raised above a spreading circular foot, hallmarked Holland, Aldwinckle & Slater, London 1904, height including handles measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Together with two twin handled shallow porringers, one hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1934, the other Asprey & Co Ltd., London 1973, and a set of silver mounted coloured glass coasters, hallmarked Birmingham 1959/60/61. Weighable silver 11.17 ozt (347.5 grams). (9).

All the items in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  Deeper scratches and nicks visible to some areas.  There area couple of slight knocks to the main rim and foot rim of the pedestal dish.  Some rubbing and distortion but hallmarks are mainly still legible.
