A George III silver oil and vinegar stand, the gadrooned body with scroll supports and handles, the asymmetrical crested cartouche, raised above four claw and ball feet and with two later associated glass inserts. Hallmarked Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard I, London 1814. Height including handle 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), gross silver weight 17.8 ozt (556 grams).

In good overall condition. The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Glass bottles present are modern associated low quality inserts with abrasion visible to the inner necks and stoppers. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
