A modern silver mounted small candelabrum of tiered design with reeded borders and personal inscription to the circular base, hallmarked Adie Brothers Ltd, Birmingham 1959, maximum height measuring 4 3/4 inches (12.5 cm). Together with a modern silver mounted pepper grinder with personal inscription, hallmarked Adie Brothers Ltd, Birmingham 1958, and an early twentieth century silver novelty open salt modelled as a swan, hallmarked Birmingham Adie & Lovekin Ltd, 1913. Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dent to the base of the candelabrum. Numerous dents to the pepper grinder. Minor chips to the blue glass liner of the open salt. Overall the hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark quite worn to the open salt.
