Lot Description

A 1920's silver toast rack of oval form with six tiered divisions, loop handle and raised on four paw feet, hallmarked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1928, length measuring 6 inches (15.5 cm). Together with a George III silver cream jug of part fluted pedestal form, hallmarks probably London 1764 and a 1920's small twin handled cup, hallmarked Birmingham 1927. Gross weight 13.4 ozt (419 grams). (3).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. One of the dividing bars has split from the body and would require re-attaching. The cream jug displays numerous large soft solder repairs, numerous dints and bumps, hallmarks very worn and only part legible. The twin handled cup also carries a few dints and bumps, a small split along a facet is visible,
