A modern silver christening mug, of plain outline with slightly everted rim, the curved handle and footed base decorated with a band of Celtic style motifs, hallmarked Garrard & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1963, height including handle measuring 2 3/4 inches (7 cm). Together with a further pedestal cream jug with similar decoration, hallmarked Poston Products Ltd., Birmingham 1967, height measuring 3 3/8 inches (8.5 cm). Combined weight 6 ozt (188 grams).

Condition Report
Both mugs display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Some slight loss of detail to raised surface decoration. Large knock to the foot rim on the pedestal mug. Some slight rubbing but hallmarks are still legible.
