A 1930's silver hot water pot, of modified baluster form, with grooved sides, raised on a rectangular foot ring, wooden handle and finial. Hallmarked Adolph Scott Ltd, Birmingham 1935. Height 8 5/8 inches (22 cm). Gross weight 18.39 ozt (572 grams).

Condition Report
Good overall condition with scratches, small dents and tarnish in keeping with age and use. Maker's mark very worn. Significant discolouration/dirt to inside of pot. Hinge slightly loose, lid moves slightly from side to side. Slight marks and discolouration to the handle. Scratch marks to base. Patent No 445377 stamped to base.
