A George III silver christening mug of barrel form, with reeded banding and personal inscription. Hallmarked London 1810, tentatively attributed to Thomas Hayter. Height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm), weight 3.8 ozt (120 grams).

The mug displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing visible and would benefit from a clean and polish. Significant sharp dent through the personal engraving. Further minor dints and bumps. The hallmarks appear rubbed but legible.
