A George III silver cream jug, of squat baluster form, the shield shaped cartouche, with stylised foliate wrigglework punch engraving, to the wide spout and reeded, angular handle. Hallmarked I.M, London 1809. Height 3 3/8 inches (8.3 cm). Weight 3.12 ozt (97.2 grams).

Good overall condition with scratches, small dents and tarnish in keeping with age and use. Minor tear to the inside of the body where the handle joins. Slight wear to the design. Slight, shallow dents to the body. Hallmarks with slight wear, legible. Traces of gilt to interior.
