A continental white metal hot milk jug, of bulbous form, decorated with panels of tapestry design, supported on lion mask and paw feet, to the similarly designed hinged lid, plain spout and rattan handle. Height 5 1/2 inches (14 cm). Weight 5.57 ozt (173 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The handle appears to be replacement with repairs either end. There are further repairs below the handle and near one of the lion masks, with discolouration and uneven surface. Marks to base, slightly worn. Rubbing and loss of definition to the decoration.
