A Middle Eastern style casket, the wooden oblong form riveted with a white metal mount decorated with floral scrolls within beaded borders. Length measuring 9 1/2 inches (24 cm).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The casket appears of crude construction. The white metal mount is torn to many edges and corners. Hinge pins are dislodged. A loop is attached to the body and lid on the left hand side, perhaps part of a locking mechanism. A few rivets are missing. No personal engravings. Would benefit from a clean and polish.
